Immigration Fraud Conference Project

The Immigration Fraud Conference (IFC) is an annual event which is held by and for document experts. The conference addresses different themes concerned with the misuse of identity and travel documents in connection with immigration and border checking routines. Membership and participation in the IFC is limited to countries in Europe and Northern America. At present, there are 21 member countries, including Norway. To become a member, a country must host the conference. The arrangement in Norway was a collaborative effort between the Norwegian ID Centre and the National Crime Investigation Service (Kripos).

The project leader was Ida Gladheim.
